Order Status: 

You may check the status of your order at any time by emailing sales@apnursery.com.

Refund Order/Cancellation:

At no time will cancellations be accepted once a gift card purchase has been completed.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Payment for Gift Card Orders:

The following credit cards are accepted online:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Express.

Payments to A & P House accounts:

If you have a house charge account with A & P Enterprises, Inc, online payments can be made if you ask us to open your account to the online Customer Portal and you establish a password.

Shipping/Pickup/Delivery:

If you need your Gift Card right away, choose our eGift Card option for electronic delivery.

Physical gift cards are available for in-store or curbside pick-up at 2601 E Baseline Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234. An email notification will be sent from A & P Enterprises, Inc when the order is ready for pickup. Please allow 48 hours to process before calling to check the status of your order. When you arrive, simply call 480-892-7939 and let us know you are here to pick up your gift card. 

If you would like a physical gift card to be mailed instead, please note it can take up to two weeks for delivery.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to A & P Enterprises, Inc.  You may visit our website anonymously.  We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, sign up, fill out a form, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site features.  When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.  We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  Credit card information is processed by a third-party processor.

We may use the information we collect to personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested, to allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests, to quickly process your transactions, and to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.

The privacy policy will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.  We reserve the right to update or change our policy at any time and the policy should be reviewed periodically.  Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the privacy policy.
